In the run up to the North Carolina Super Tuesday Primary, Professor Deondra Rose joined WUNC to offer her political expertise and reflect on voter sentiment. She expressed her frustration that even as a lover of politics, she felt that the current political climate could be uninspiring. Rose argued that people are “hearing a lot of the same political style on the national stage” and that style is “being magnified at the state level, the local level, and understandably people are tired.”
