Join the Sanford School of Public Policy and Polis: Duke’s Center for Politics for a virtual conversation with Asha Curran, co-founder with Henry Timms, and current CEO of GivingTuesday, who will share insights as a pioneer in the global generosity movement.
Together, we will explore: What is the significance of charitable giving in the midst of a global pandemic? How has re-imagining philanthropy made it possible to meet needs that often go unmet in the face of political challenges like partisan polarization and legislative gridlock?
