The NC Institute of Political Leadership (NCIOPL) hosted its 2024 Spring Fellows graduation ceremony with the support of Polis, Duke State Relations, and Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina Inc. IOPL aims to improve the practice of democracy through nonpartisan leadership training for public servants.
